7. Right of Access, Rectification, and Objection

LISAM SYSTEMS SA is committed to ensuring that you remain the sole owner of your data. As such, you have the right at any time to rectify, complete, or delete the data you have shared. In accordance with the Belgian law of 30 July 2018 on the protection of privacy with regard to the processing of personal data and EU Regulation 2016/679 effective since 25 May 2018, you have the right to access, update, rectify, and delete your data.

By clearly specifying the scope of your request, you can submit a signed request in writing to the address of our headquarters or by email to privacy@lisam.com, attaching a copy of your identity card.

8. Data and Privacy Protection

Access to your data is limited to employees of the Company who require it and who adhere to strict confidentiality standards regarding data processing. To ensure the protection and confidentiality of the collected data, we have implemented the highest security standards and work only with data processors who are also subject to the same standards.

9. Transfers of Data to Third Countries

LISAM SYSTEMS SA never transfers your personal data outside the EEA to a country that does not provide an adequate level of data protection in accordance with the Belgian law of 30 July 2018 on the protection of privacy with regard to the processing of personal data and EU Regulation 2016/679 effective since 25 May 2018.
Lisam Systems may transfer your data to a third country. In such cases, the company ensures that the country provides a “sufficient” level of personal data protection (Art. 68). Third countries guaranteeing a “sufficient” level of personal data protection are recognized as such by the European Commission, which, after analyzing a state’s data protection standards, has the authority to decide whether the country offers an adequate level of protection and can be considered valid for personal data transfers.

10. Communication and Information

As mentioned above, personal data will be used by Lisam Systems to inform our clients and users about updates to our products.

11. Hyperlinks to Other Websites

Our websites may include hyperlinks to other websites that are neither used nor controlled by LISAM SYSTEMS SA.
In this regard, the company cannot be held responsible for the content of the aforementioned websites or the personal data protection policies of third parties using them, as their policies may differ from ours.

12. Amendments to the Data Protection Policy

We reserve the right to modify this policy in accordance with applicable personal data protection laws or our practices.
